Step 1:

Application & Benchmark Review

Parents and students must complete all sections of the MUI Pre-Enrollment Application (link) and submit with:

   1. Submit $50 application fee

   2. Prior year grade report or transcript

   3. Most recent standardized test scores

   4. Certified copy of birth certificate

 

An academic assessment will be given to all students.

Step 2:

Parent / Student Interview

Parent and student are interviewed by  members of our office of admissions.  Final admissions acceptance determined after interview.

Submit Enrollment Fee

Complete Enrollment Forms & Agreements

Please note:  A student is not officially enrolled for the school year until all steps are complete.
